Driven by an appreciation for the beauty in everyday life, our studio designs timeless and inspiring spaces that make living easy.
Creative Director & Founder Sidika Owen d’Hauteville set up Studio Sidika in 2015 after a 15-year long career in investment banking in the luxury goods sector.
Years spent in investment banking underpin her rigorous approach when it comes to budgeting, financial planning and project coordination.
After re-qualifying at the prestigious Chelsea School of Art and Design, she founded Studio Sidika with studios in West London and a team of three, two architectural designers and one assistant.
She has a passion for sourcing contemporary art and antiques from various artists, galleries and countries. She also creates her own art pieces.
Culturally, she is very diverse as she is half Turkish and half British, born in Brazil and brought up in Provence, France. She speaks five languages: English, French, Italian, German and Turkish. Thanks to her “nomadic” background she understands more than anyone the importance of making a place a home and anticipating life changes.
