A much-loved family home with a rich history, this house has evolved alongside its owners, who raised their three children here and now welcome a growing generation of grandchildren.

STUDIO SIDIKA was commissioned to rethink the lower ground floor, refreshing some of the existing spaces while giving others a new purpose. The reception room and study were redesigned, while a second reception room was transformed into a playroom for the grandchildren.

The powder room was also reimagined, with a more considered scheme that better reflects the grandeur and architectural character of the historic house.

Our work encompassed both interior design and decoration, bringing a renewed sense of coherence and purpose to the spaces while respecting the character and history of a long-established family home.
